Crunchy, fresh pickles without the messy vines.
📅 Start Date: Wait until May 1st. If you start these now, they will take over your basement by Easter!
🌱 Pot Choice: Use "Peat Pots" or "Cow Pots" (biodegradable ones). Cucumbers have very sensitive roots and hate being moved.
💧 Watering: These are thirsty! They need more water than peppers, but the soil should still be "damp sponge" texture.
🚫 No-No: Never let a cucumber plant get "root bound" (where roots circle the pot). It stunts them for the whole season. This is why we wait until May!
